$60.00

June 18, 2026 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
Saint John’s Abbey Guesthouse * Collegeville, Minnesota
Victor Klimoski, Facilitator

$60 (includes lunch)

Writing poems about one’s spirituality can be a challenge.  How to find the words for something so deeply personal?  At the same time, poetry offers language in which imagination and curiosity call forth fresh ways of grappling with eternal questions. In the workshop we will read and discuss poems by master writers who take unique approaches in speaking from their souls. Participants will have opportunities to write or revise poems  and share their work.  For writers, the Abbey Guesthouse provides a serene setting invites reflection and inspires new ideas.

Vic Klimoski offers workshops and retreats for writers built around the written word as an artistic form to explore the inner life. He draws on his expertise as an adult educator to facilitate engaging, interactive learning.  He has eight collections of poems and has edited four anthologies of poems and essays. His latest collection, Perilous Delight (2026), reflects the joy and stress that writers experience.

Deadline for Registering – June 1 | Cancel before June 11 for full refund.
